@Jill: Yeah, but right now they’re both pretty popular it seems. Both seem so cool!
Think I’ll play around with Drupal. I didn’t like Joomla’s admin, but it probably just needs getting use to.

Yay! Its so cool to see you so hyped up about wanting to do something for not only just yourself but for others too! I’d love to get this guild to feel more like a family. If it keeps going well I might even try to squeeze in a vent server. =D

Hopefully Crystal talks to that guy, plus Narcoleptic Unicorns is a WAAAAY cooler name. <3

As for the Drupal vs. Joomla thing, go with whichever one is more popular/will stick around longer lol!

I was trying to load it on a PC, but I’ll try installing it on my Macbook instead and see how that works out. I’ll try it right away in fact!

Hey there!

The issues within the plugin menu are caused by the fact that I use a mac and you probably don’t! They way i compress my files and you uncompress them causes funny line endings (to do with unix line break encoding).

Upload the plugin, and when you see all the nasty code click on “edit plugin”, immediately save the plugin and refresh the plugins page - you’ll see (or you should do) the code dissapear.

Back ups are always a very very good thing. its also a good idea to back up ur back up in another place. in case you lose that thumb drive that u backed it up on… i learned that the hard way =(
